I am a man of many interests.  I have grown plants for as long as I can remember and this was followed very quickly by photography but it did take a few years before I brought these two diverse interests together.

Initially I was a natural history photographer who would either photograph plants in their natural environment or in cultivation without a thought to any artistic element to my craft. 

Over recent years I have discovered the joy of capturing my subjects in a creative and often abstract manner which can be enjoyed equally by people who enjoy horticulture or just appreciate the colours and textures of nature.

I have also started to enjoy capturing the beauty of people and find this avenue of photography interesting and challenging.

Above all I enjoy family life and enjoy the company of my wife and two teenage sons
